BPO onboarding. A clear path to launch.
01
BPO onboarding: understand your needs.
BPO onboarding starts with your service, channels, contact volume, language needs and coverage hours. We discuss your workflow and the problems the team should help address.
02
Design
We define the service scope, team requirements, tools, responsibilities and commercial terms. The plan identifies decision boundaries and the people who receive escalated requests.
03
Prepare
Training uses your approved materials and preferred approach. We prepare for common requests, check access and review how the team should document and hand off the work.
04
Launch
The team starts within the approved scope and schedule. Early questions and exceptions are recorded so the working process can be clarified where needed.

Review
Timing & Onboarding
For a newly recruited team, recruitment may take around 1–4 weeks, depending on the requirements. Project onboarding commonly takes about 3–5 days, up to a week depending on the project. We confirm the timeline after reviewing staffing, materials, access and complexity.
Reporting & Review
We review handling, feedback and agreed reporting with you, then adjust the workflow as requirements develop.
Commercial Terms
Pricing depends on the service, language, team size, operating hours and complexity. We prepare a proposal after understanding the work, including the responsibilities and support included in the arrangement.
Pilot Campaigns
A pilot can help evaluate the workflow before a wider rollout. Availability, staffing, hours, duration and any costs are agreed in advance.
